Home Inspection ::

These days, it’s important to be an informed consumer. When shopping for a car, you take a test drive and kick the tires. If you’re buying new clothes, you try them on to get the perfect fit. You consult a buyer’s guide before purchasing a major appliance.

A home is among the most expensive purchases most of us will ever make. A home inspection can help you make an informed, intelligent, confident decision about your housing investment. The wrong choice could result in headaches and expenses for years to come.

Today, most buy/sell agreements include a clause making the buyer’s obligation to purchase contingent upon the observations of a professional home inspector. A home inspection is a thorough, visual examination of the structural and mechanical systems of a home.

Benkert Home Inspection provides a certified, knowledgeable, professional inspector to look at the house impartially. The inspector can point out possible areas of concern and help instruct the buyer in proper care and maintenance of their potential purchase.
